FAIL Blog's top 10 fails for 2009

It’s that time of year again, the point at which we gather up all of the worst, most terrible, most horrible, really bad FAILS. Who more appropriate to put the list together than FAIL Blog? The site took reader votes to elect the top 10 fail moments of the year, as well as the top 10 most memorable fail people. After 100,000 ballots cast, Kanye reigned highest (or lowest?), taking the number one slots for fail moments as well as fail people (beating out Jon Gosselin).
