Unflippingbelievable! Sarah Palin trademarks her name

Sarah Palin will soon be making people pay for trying to cash in on her name.
The former Republican vice presidential candidate applied to get her name trademarked last year along with her daughter, Bristol.
And over the past few days, the deadlines passed for anyone filing challenges against the trademarks.

According to the ex-Alaska governor's application, she wants to protect her name for business and advertising purposes, political elections, entertainment services and for 'providing motivational speaking services in the field of politics.'
Bristol, 20, who famously had a baby out of wedlock and appeared on 'Dancing With the Stars', is focused on 'providing motivational speaking services in the field of life choices.'
The final day for anyone wanting to dispute the trademarks was on Friday for Mrs Palin and June 10 for her daughter.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office said both Palins should receive their trademarks within the next three months.

It is the latest attempt by Mrs Palin to profit from her fame since being plucked from relative obscurity to be John McCain's running mate in 2008.
She has made millions through speeches and public appearances and is still toying with the idea of seeking the Republican presidential nomination for 2012.
This is apparently their second time applying to trademark their names. The first time, they forgot to sign the applications.
